Stylish FlipFlops

Okay, so I had this idea, and it worked! So I took my pair of flipflops that ashlee C. had given me, and my mom found this awesome fabric in our attic, and I cut it in strips and tied it in knots around the straps of the flipflops.
I'll tell you how to do it:
What you'll need-
-stretchy fabric that goes good with your flipflops
-fabric scissors
-flipflops or clogs

Directions:
cut the fabric into strips about 3and a half inches long(make sure the strips are not to wide)Tie them in a knot around the straps of your flipflops or clogs. Make sure they are close enough together so you don't see the straps.
And that's all!You can try it on an old pair of flipflops, in case you don't like it.

Poor Buddy!

Well, Buddy had Surgery June 14th. Some of you might think that, because he's a daschund, he had surgery on his back, but thankfully, he didn't. He had surgery so he won't ever be a Daddy. :( But that's not the reason my dad had him have surgery. It is so he won't...um..."Mark his territory" in our house. I thought Buddy wouldn't be able to move for a few days, but after being home for about 2 hours, he finally fell asleep. He's doing great, like nothing ever happened to him.(I'm not even going to tell you the jokes my dad made up about him, because they are pretty disgusting)

I just thought I would give you an update on what's going on here

DREAMS

I don't know about you, but I have tons of dreams. Probably most of you know that I love to sing and play guitar. I also love animals! So when Im older, I want to be famous, or take care of ALL KINDS of homeless animals. THose are my 2 biggest dreams. Other dreams I have are working at a Candy Shop, or run a daycare, or work at Panara Bread...(mostly so I can try some of those yummy desserts on the counters!)

I love to daydream, too. Sometimes when I daydream...say, me being famous...I try to draw it out as a picture, but it doesn't seem that exciting. THats how dreams are with me. They seem so real and alive when I keep it to myself, but when I try to figure it out on paper, or talk about it, it sort of disapears.

I LOVE TO DREAM!

Some things never get old

Some things never get old....like watching the CHARLIE BIT MY FINGER...AGAIN movie on youtube(totally fun-ny...go to it!) and watching Buddy play...or listening to a kindergartener or prehschooler go on and on about something or other that you don't understand but is so cute you don't want them to stop...or picking up a little kid that is soooo cute...some of these things NEVER get old! Also, going to the daddy-daughter dance with your dad even if some people think its...NOT cool, or laying with your dad on the couch, or cooking or shopping with your mom. Im going to miss elementary school, but Im excited to go into middle school. Any way...

Also, when you talk with your friends about something HILARIOUS...or (this is a true story) watching 5th grade girls dancing on the basketball court and letting there skirts fly up with the wind when they don't know certain people(me and my friends) are frantically looking for a camera phone.(it might be mean but it was HILARIOUS iwas almost crying.)

sometimes things just never get old....

At Grandmas house

This morning(April 12th, 2008) we are at grandma and grandpa C's house. My mom, after dropping us off, went inside to talk to grandma. I just sat quietly, listening to them. Suddenly, my mom said "Why do you like to go to grandmas house?" I didn't exactly know what to say. Why DID I like to go to grandmas house? I know older brother would say "one, because they have cable...two, they have a bigger screen television than us, three, they have a mac labtop that doesn't take hours to get on the internet like ours does." Younger brother: "They have cable and we don't" Younger sister: "because our cousins live right down the road." but me? I don't know.I thought about the question, and soon realized that it was because of grandma and grandpa themselves. I love just being with them. I love there house, with the cozy feeling in it. I love that they are different from my other grandma and grandpa. They don't have things for us to do laying out. They don't have crafts, either. They let us use our imaginations to come up with things to do with the stuff they already have. Sure, I enjoy the tv and computer, but not as much as I enjoy them.

I love you Grandma and Grandpa!

Disney World

I miss that place. I missed it soooo much, I decided to have family meeting, and asked my dad if me & sibs saved up money for each ticket(kids tickets) then would he take us to disney world. just saying the word makes me teary-eyed.sniff sniff Sniff. Oh well. I soon realized that it would be way to much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Oh yeah. lot's of money. after crying, and saying how much i missed the place, mom thought we could take a smaller trip, like in our trailer. Umm. Not that i don't LIKE staying in our trailer, it's just that...we spend a week in it every summer sooooo...HOW ABOUT CEDAR POINT! It's LOT'S less money, and it's closer to our house. anyway...i just got totally off track...I will always miss that place. I love how ther's no HUGE rollercoasters...they freak me out...and that it's in florida. AHHH. Disney World.sniff sniff sniff.
